Palomar Display Products, Inc. Issued the first Patent covering its Next Generation Image Control Unit (NGICU)

Carlsbad, CA – November 6, 2013

Palomar Display Products, Inc. announced today the issuance to it by the US Patent Office patent # 8,526,108 that covers the manufacturing of a diffused but transmissive imaging screen to be utilized with a high definition, color micro-display. This invention, optically coupled with a Biocular lens, creates the technology that replaces CRT image source in Palomar’s Next Generation Image Control Units (NGICU), designed specifically for turreted armored vehicle applications.
