Trooper® Mobile Data Systems Purchased
by Polaris Digital Systems, Inc.

Palomar Displays has decided to terminate its participation in the public safety market. While we have worked diligently in the market, our core strategy and legacy products continue to be Ruggedized Military and ATM Displays.

We are excited to announce that we have identified a company that could continue to support and service our products as well as develop new products to serve the public safety market. This company is Polaris Digital Systems, Inc., operating out of Vista, California and Columbia, South Carolina. The founders of Polaris Digital Systems have over 25 years of experience supplying computer and computer integrated equipment and support.

We are also excited to announce that Tim Hughes, our Technical Product Manager for our Public Safety Products, has agreed to join Polaris Digital Systems. Together, this dynamic team of Polaris Digital Systems and Tim Hughes will provide a seamless transition for the continued sales, service, and support of the Public Safety Products previously provided here at Palomar Displays. As of December 1, 2005 Polaris Digital Systems will sell and service all Trooper® products including the recently released Trooper® II, and will provide all warranty and out of warranty service.
